| 1994 | - Ventured into the Process Instrumentation business with appointment from Yamatake of Japan and K-Tek of USA. Dropped the automotive parts business and re-organized PTCC into 3 main focus groups:

| 2005 | - Technical Services team was created to support both pre-sales and after-sales of the process instrumentation business. |
| - Growing market demand in Luzon has led to the spin-off of the Luzon operations into 3 independent SBU’s – North Luzon, South Luzon, and Batangas. | |
| 2007 | - Factory Automation Group was established to support growing system requirements to support all SBU locations. |
| - Embarked on a 5-year plan to improve physical infrastructure and facilities to support growing needs and enhancement of corporate image. | |
| 2009 | - Expanded Northern Mindanao operations with the creation of Iligan SBU. |
